Private Event in Kuwait

Brief

Tent rentals and walkways covering 6,300 sqm to host the event and allowing DesignLab Experience in Dubai to captivate their guests and offer a mesmerising experience was the task.

Solution

We provided the installation of 6,300 sqm of tent structures comprising of 8 dome tents in different sizes and a custom-made temporary structure all linked together with walkway tunnels. We managed the entire project, from pre-planning and build-up to dismantle.

To host the guests in the best conditions, the structures were provided with ducted cooling solutions. Working in a different location was challenging in terms of logistics and manpower. However, we were able to bring this amazing project to life. 75 people from our team were involved from project management to its build.
