OpenText at LEAP, Riyadh 2025

At LEAP 2025, OpenText made a bold impression with a striking double-decker stand, where innovative design met expert craftsmanship. The visionary concept by ET GLOBAL MEA was expertly brought to life by Electra, combining aesthetic impact with functional precision across every level of the space.

Spanning two floors, the stand featured eight sponsor booths and five OpenText booths, along with a custom-built podcast room designed to enable dynamic content creation. The upper mezzanine offered a private VIP meeting space, while digital engagement came to life through an AI-powered photo booth and an eye-catching 3D anamorphic LED screen.

Beyond build and production, Electra also ensured flawless on-site operations. Working closely with our preferred Saudi partner, we coordinated catering, Arabic coffee service, and hospitality teams to create a smooth and welcoming experience for visitors and clients alike.

The result was a fully integrated environment—thoughtfully designed, precisely executed, and expertly managed on the ground.
