Louis Vuitton Dubai Women’s Cruise 23

We helped bring to life the Louis Vuitton Dubai Women’s Cruise 23 for our client K2. The VIP event was set at a unique location, embellished with custom-made elements produced by Electra.

At arrival, guests discovered a high welcome wall with a Louis Vuitton logo lightbox, hiding the cocktail reception and runway for a surprise effect. A Louis Vuitton photocall wall was produced with a concrete effect to fit the event theme and placed by our teams in the cocktail area.

The runway was located under the impressive Dubai Expo Portal and consisted of 6 lines of bespoke monobloc benches and lighting. Following the show, an after-party took place in the sustainability pavilion recreating a cozy sunset atmosphere using our Palermo furniture collection, as well as custom-made photo-calls, DJ booth and curved bar.

We also provided the full build of the backstage area, in addition to the carpets and furniture for the full project.
