Downtown Design 2022

At Electra, we provide turnkey exhibition management solutions, from technical drawings to production and delivery. Depending on your exhibition requirements, we can provide you with a high-quality temporary venue and/or venue fit-out and décor, handle your exhibitors’ stands production, and provide technical solutions throughout the exhibition.

We are honored to be Downtown Design’s Official Contractor since more tham10 years, for whom we custom-build the venue layout and full interior fit-out. For the 2022 edition, we built two adjacent tents for a total area of more than 10,000sqm. Our tent teams took care of the full technical venue coordination and set-up and our electrical teams supported with A/C, power and lighting solutions. This year, we also included the use of solar panels to save on fuel consumption and align with our client’s goal of creating a carbon neutral event by 2023.

Being the main contractor, we also assist in exhibitor relationship management before and during the show. This year, we were happy to work with the 80 exhibitors coming from around the world, as well as 3 country pavilions: France, Italy, and Spain.

In addition to individual exhibitors, we were tasked with building and maintaining the common areas such as exhibition entrance, common areas, registration area, organizer lounge and event bar.

Our solution also includes furniture rental, and we provide any additional orders to further decorate the stands and welcome visitors in comfortable and modern settings.

Once the exhibition is over, we dismantle all the stands and tent with the planet in mind, making sure we re-use and recycle a maximum of materials.
