BVLGARI at Lourve Abu Dhabi

We worked for Luxury Makers by Auditoire to manage the technical project and construct the exclusive setting for the jewellery exhibition. We created and installed 26 podiums that respected all measures to preserve, secure and showcase the multi-million-dollar collection.

The displays were made of iron and topped with black silk fabric to ensure stability of the mannequin heads. We also carved Mashrabiya walls that completed the decoration. For the exclusive gala, our team installed the main stage, runway and parts of the VIP Majlis.

Deliveries, work shifts, and materials must respect Louvre’s strict regulations. All our materials are fire-rated and certified. Our dedicated project management team implemented the project schedule for efficient coordination with Louvre’s teams and other suppliers (light designers, projections company…) while taking care of the strict paperwork processes.

We managed the technical production from A to Z, including planning and implementation, assuring on-time delivery, installation, and dismantling. We followed a very detailed approach on each element of the project to deliver as per the highest standards of quality expected for this luxury event and its VIP attendees.
