DIFC 2.0 – Dubai

A defining milestone in Dubai’s financial future took shape with the launch of DIFC Phase Two, marking a new chapter in the emirate’s evolving financial ecosystem under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

For this landmark occasion, ELECTRA was entrusted with the full build execution, translating the creative vision developed by Bureau Beatrice into a refined, high-impact physical environment.

Set within the rapidly developing Zabeel district, the project comprised 10 interconnected structures, including ELECTRA’s signature Cube tent alongside multiple Pagoda tents. These were seamlessly linked through custom-made tunnels, decorative external elements, and bespoke arches that guided and enhanced the guest journey across the site.

Inside the structures, ELECTRA delivered custom-built furniture, tailored flooring, and gallery-style art panels, all produced to faithfully support the design language envisioned by Bureau Beatrice. The entire installation was completed within a two-day execution window, demonstrating the team’s operational precision and agility.

Despite the complexities of working within an active construction zone, the project was delivered smoothly through rigorous planning, coordination, and on-site management. Sustainability considerations were also embedded into the approach, including the reuse of steel materials and the strategic use of tented structures to optimise resources.
