Do we deliver projects outside the Middle East?
We deliver projects locally, throughout all of the GCC, as well as worldwide in 6 regions: Europe, Asia, North Africa and South Africa, and North America.
How many offices do we have?
We have offices in the United Arab Emirates, in both Dubai (HQ) and Abu Dhabi, as well as Riyadh, KSA and Doha, Qatar which allow us to respond quickly to clients’ requests in the region.
Do we outsource?
We have everything in-house, from the production facilities and furniture warehouse to our own fleet of trucks. We believe that in-house management is key to offer the best quality, maximum flexibility to our clients and better budget control.
What do our designers do versus creative event agencies?
We have a design team to support the design needs of our customers, however, we are not a creative agency. We offer creative agencies with contracting services. Sometimes, creative agencies come to us with brief and high-level guidelines. In this case, our designers will turn the brief into a 3D design and will submit various design options. Our design team is also very active on the design of global exhibitions that we partly manage on behalf of exhibition organisers.
Are we an exhibition organiser?
We neither organise exhibitions nor, manage the promotion, catering, invitations, giveaways or public relations. Our role stops when we hand over the finished settings of the event. However, we can be the official and sole contractor of an entire exhibition: not only will we build and dismantle the entire exhibition, but we will also work on the scenography and manage exhibitors’ requests.
How do we treat our employees?
We were nominated twice in a row for the Best Employer of the Year award at the Middle East Special Event & Exhibition Show (MESE). The MESE Awards recognise and reward excellence within the event industry. Our HR department, the guardians of employee happiness, benchmark methodically and with consistency, to keep a high level of health and wellbeing within the company. Their efforts were awarded during the 2021 Taqdeer Awards where we received a 3-star award recognizing excellence in labour welfare practices.
Over the past 30 years, we have grown from 14 employees to around 400 employees, and count 25 different nationalities. We work hard to keep our team and family spirit within the company and most importantly, to remain faithful to our values: inclusive, passionate and agile. Before being compulsory by law, we were already offering a qualitative healthcare coverage to all our employees, which covers everyone in the UAE and their country of origin.
