Mid Senior 3D Designer
Job Overview
Under the guidance of the Head of Design, your primary responsibility is to conceptualize, design, and execute engaging and visually impactful exhibitions, trade shows, Events, Pop ups and Interior. Your role involves combining artistic and creative skills with a practical understanding of space planning, audience engagement.
Main Responsabilities:
Work closely with AM/BDM or event organizers to understand their goals, objectives, and target audience. Develop creative concepts and themes for exhibitions and events that align with the client’s brand identity and messaging.
- Create visually appealing and innovative designs for exhibition stands, event layouts, signage, displays, and other visual elements. Utilize various design tools and software to develop 2D and 3D renderings, floor plans, and mock-ups.
- Determine the most effective utilization of space within an exhibition or event venue, ensuring optimal traffic flow, accessibility, and engagement. Consider factors like booth placement, product placement, seating arrangements, and interactive areas.
- Select appropriate materials, fabrics, lighting, and other decorative elements to enhance the aesthetics of the exhibition or event space. Consider factors like durability, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability while making material choices.
- Incorporate interactive technologies, audiovisual equipment, digital displays, and immersive experiences into the exhibition or event design.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in event technology.
- After design approval, manage the handover with the engineering office.
- Report daily to the HOD about the design progress and other duties updates.
- Be proactive and respectful of all members of the team.
- work closely with colleagues and the account management and business developer team.
- Attend clients’ meetings and briefings when needed.
- Aware of the production method and how to control the design project’s budget.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines.
- Explore design and innovative solutions to be shared with the HOD and the team
- Brainstorm and help other design team members with the new brief’s concept whenever possible.
Knowledge and Experiences:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in Exhibition, Events and interior design role.
- A formal degree or diploma from a reputable art college.
- Highly proficient in Sketch up,Enscape, Lumion or Twinmotion
- Knowledgable on Autocad, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Rhinoceros+Grasshopper (is a plus) , and AI concept generative tools.
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of design work
- The ability to storyboard or translate ideas to a solid concept and design.
Ability to handle design projects from concept to completion.
Experience in teamwork and share new ideas with his colleagues.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Attention to details.
- Stress management – Being able to stay healthy, calm, and balanced in any challenging situations.
- Presentation skills– Effectively presenting your work results and ideas formally to internal clients.
