Job Overview
We are looking for a go-getter Business Development Manager to join our development and client services team. The ideal candidate is a team player with hunger to chase new business, explore opportunities and present outstanding customer care.
Under the leadership of the Head of Business Development, the Business Development Manager will find & maximize leads and be an active player of our overall development strategy.
Main Accountabilities (list is non exhaustive):
- Develop new relationships to grow business
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives (cross sell all of Electra’s solutions)
- Take brief, analyze project, prepare commercial offer
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through consistent support and consultation.
- Achieve sales targets provided by management
- Identify potential future projects
- Work with other departments to meet customer needs
- Analyze market, competition, and report accordingly
- Work proactively with the marketing department
- Embody the values of the company
- Liaise with clients to obtain due payments
Knowledge & experience:
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience
- Excellent customer experience
- Events /Exhibitions Industry knowledge
- UAE and GCC Market knowledge
- Analytical and negotiation skills
- Arabic speaking is a plus

- Valid UAE Driving License
Additional Information: This role requires mobility outside the UAE (especially KSA) to develop business opportunities in the region
